Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Sporran Shoppe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refunds and returns policy below.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are issued for the item price only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
